w e went on valintines weekend but were very disapointed with room .we didnt get chance to upgrade untill we were there, then there were no upgrade rooms availible . upgrade before you go so your not disapointed with your room . staff were good and food was realy good wasnt the cleanest room bit hit and miss.

I stayed in this hotel in November 2011 on a Turkey & Tinsel break with a group of friends and found it excellent despite some of the reviewsfrom Trip Advisor guests.The staff were great,food first class, & entertainmentwas good.Rooms clean &good size.Would recommend it.the shops were within walking distance, as was the Great Orme.

A few positives here - friendly and co-operative staff, pleasant public areas, good quality evening entertainment - but far too many negatives for our liking in respect of cleanliness of rooms and quality of meals (though the service at meals is good).
