We arrived at the Kinmel and were showed into our first floor room with sea view which was excellent with a clean modern en suite bathroom. The room had many extras, bottled water, imperial mints, cotton wool and ciotton wool buds, biscuits etc. The dining room was in the basement and was light and airy and we could see the... more

We stayed for what was our 10th visit in 4 years. We just can't visit the Kinmel enough! Sara and Neville are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble whether this is your 1st or 10th visit . The Hotel is spotless and as well as the usual extras of high quality tea/coffee/biscuits, toiletries etc you also get bottles... more

We stayed here for a night in a superior room. On arrival we were shown to our room, which was lovely, sea view with bay windows to get the most out of it, really large room with a large bed that was really comfy. Bottled water and a variety of tea and coffee and biscuits. I slept soundly which is... more

Just returned from a one night stay at the Kinmel, what a relief to get home. We booked a night at the Kinmel as a special night for my partners fathers 80th birthday after reading some good reviews on the trip advisor website. After speaking to the staff a couple of times on the phone all seemed well, we even... more

Each day there was bottled water, biscuits, tea, coffee & hot chocolate provided which was a nice touch. We stayed for bed, breakfast & evening meal, lovely home cooked food & plenty of it, served nice & hot.... more

The hotel was clean and had adequate sized room for family of three (three year old). The staff were more than helpful arranging a cake for my mother's Birthday. We also had an evening meal the first night which we were pleasently suprised with. As we were the only ones eating we were a bit worried but the food was... more

We have just spent 3 nights at this hotel with our 13 year old daugher. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It has a lovely friendly atmosphere and you are made to feel at home the minute you walk through the door. The room was a spacious family room, very clean and pleasant decor. The bathroom was clean, bright... more

This hotel is very well situated on the Central Promenade, 2 mins from the shops and 5 mins from the pier. We did not get a friendly greeting on arrival, but registration forms were slapped down on the desk and we were asked to pay the balance immediately. I refused until we had seen the rooms and the bill was... more
