I booked three rooms here for a Saturday night in June 2009 when most of the hotels in Llandudno were insisting on a two-night minimum stay. The service, right from the moment I booked on line was superb. Firstly, the hotel wrote to me with a confirmation, brochure and details on how to get there. When we arrived we were... more

The St Tudno Hotel is no ordinary seaside hotel. The hotel and, indeed, the town of Llandudno are both linked to Lewis Carroll’s Alice and stepping across the threshold of the St Tudno Hotel is like stepping ‘Through The Looking Glass’ and into ‘Wonderland’. And we should know, since we have taken a week long holiday at the St Tudno... more

We have just recently enjoyed one of the best weekends we have ever had. We were recommended The St.Tudno by some friends of ours but had no idea this small hotel was so special. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were made to feel so welcome. The attention to detail is outstanding. The rooms are... more

We booked on late deal and paid £100 for dble room inc bfast. The reception was very good and there is a lift to the bedrooms. our room was overlooking fire escapes at the backof the hotel and no view at all.The room was well equipped with plasma tv, free small bottle of wineand well stocked fridge with good choice... more

My family and I have stayed at the St Tudno for 10 years but this is the first year we have booked to stay during the summer, and for our longest stay of 5 nights. Having read the reviews included here we were slightly concerned that the level of service and all round quality of the hotel may have declined... more

From the photographs this hotel looks beautiful but be warned it is quite disappointing. Our room was pokey and outdated and for the price we paid we expected a lot better. The resteraunt too was disappointing as from the pictures you imagine great views however our view was of our car in the carpark!! The service was lovely and there... more

We have just returned from a short break at St Tudno B&B. I have to say I've stayed in many hotels in GB but this was a major let down for the money I spent.Don't be fooled by the pictures you see on the website. You'll think that the restaurant overlooks a valley but it is actually wall paper! I booked... more

Just a few words to warn off potential visitors to this hotel. We booked 4 nights stay at the St.Tudno for a well-deserved break last Easter. More than anything it was the family room that disappointed us and especially at this price. This room at the back of the hotel didn't have double-glazing and there was therefore a great deal... more

Decided to stay here in business having heard many good things about the place but felt really disappointed in leaving. The room I was given was tiny and didn't feel it was terribly clean. The biggest let-down however was the level of service by staff, they just didn't seem to be in the least bit interested in in offering a... more
