We stayed in a room priced at £114. The room was tiny to say the least. Homemade shortbread, tea & coffee, toiletries and mini bar were all available on arrival but disappointingly never replenished. Only 1 toilet roll and although only 3 sheets left on it, it was not changed. Towels put for changing as per the instructions but they... More

We stayed on Saturday 13th for 1 night. Family of 4 in room 8. Family room. Clean room. Spacious. We travelled with family who had other rooms also. In the grand scheme of things I thought the hotel was very expensive for the night, £230 was the room amount. That said the restaurant is very keenly priced and the food... More

Staff friendly and approachable. Food fantastic with little extras that made it special. Would definitely return. Homemade shortbread every day in the rooms was just another little thing that made it that bit special.

We genuinely can't think of anything negative to say, regarding our stay at the St Tudno Hotel! The staff we're always pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and relaxed, with lift to all floors and the food was always top quality, both breakfast and evening. The location of the hotel could not have been better. We thought parking would... More

We booked a junior suite and had high expectations, particularly since it cost about £300 a night. The room had a lovely view, was quite spacious and had a huge and very comfortable bed. However, and whilst I was prepared to overlook the minor negatives (sour milk - room fridge too warm, the slightly grubby, tired décor, the split, gaping... More

We must apologise for your stained bedspread. All our rooms have duvets but very occasionally we are asked for a bed to be made up with sheets and blankets. On this occasion your bed had not been remade with its usual duvet and a rogue bedspread had been put on by mistake for which we are very sorry. The ‘gaping... More

The food and service here is always we excellent. We have visited a number of times for an early evening meal from the two course for £15 menu. The service is attentive and friendly and the staff are very helpful and courteous. The food quality and presentation is fantastic and would highly recommend for an early dinner.

Small, friendly hotel in prime location. Staff were exceptional, nothing too much trouble, food excellent, hotel spotless. Super sea views, but remember to duck in a dormer bedroom. Highly recommended.

We have just spent a lovely couple of days here. It is absolutely fantastic. The food is fabulous and I would completely recommend this hotel. Lovely staff and the owner is such a delightful man. Our dinner was just perfect, the best lamb ever. We will be back!

First the good bits. The staff were excellent excepting the receptionist who would best be described as uninterested and supercilious. The food was good - with exceptions. The place does have parking facilities which in Llandudno is an advantage. We had booked a so called special offer of two nights B and B with "Gourmet Dinner" at £440. The meal provided... More

Thank you for your review. I am glad that on the whole you found our staff to be excellent and the food to be good. I was also pleased to hear that your room was spotlessly clean and that you managed to make use of our free parking. I am somewhat disappointed you did not mention that we gave you... More

Just back from a lovely weekend away at St.Tudno and what a lovely time we had. The owners and staff made us feel really welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. This is a lovely small hotel on the front at Llandudno and even though we didn't have sea views it had a lovely feel to the hotel.... More
