It's been a long while since I've visited Llandudno and a friend had recommended Ashdale. So glad they did. Ideally located near to both the town centre and beach but in a lovely quiet street. We had a twin room which had crisp clean bedding with tea, coffee and scrummy biscuits too. En suite had everything you needed and a... More

Hi Melanie. It was a delight to meet your family and friend. We're so pleased you enjoyed your return to Llandudno. As we're discovering ourselves, it's a fabulous place with so many things going on. And of course, thank you for the lovely review. Hopefully see you again soon. Peter More

Needed a guest house that would cater not only for the fact that we are vegetarian but we also travel with two dogs. The room was superb clean, tidy and warm, there was everything we needed from kettle to hair dryer to plenty of towels. The bed large and comfy and plenty of space in the room to put the... More

Hi Rachel and Mark (& the doggies!) Thank you so much for booking your break with us, and of course for those wonderful comments. It was a joy having you all here. It makes all the effort worthwhile when you see guests enjoying themselves, especially for me in the food department. I always worry, especially about people with special dietary needs,... More

Arrived en mass with friends and family just 3 days after new owners took over. Wasn't sure how they would handle 15 of us ranging from toddlers, teenagers and fussy adults. We needn't have worried. Rooms were lovely, clean and well equipped. Location perfect. Close to 2 beaches and shops. Breakfast was plentiful and made fresh when we wandered down... More

Thank you for taking the trouble to review us on here. As the new owners, what a delight to read your comments. It is exactly what we are going to try and achieve with every visitor. We are both loving running the guest house and also loving Llandudno. Looking forward to your next visit. Linda & Peter x More

Clean, bright, great food and wonderful hosts. We'll be back. No idea how to fill 200 characters but anyway, my fiancee and I loved Llandudno and the guest house. :-) Steve and Sally are such a lovely couple.

Very pleased I found this delightful guesthouse, very nice owners, lovely and clean bedroom and lounge downstairs. It,s a shame that I was out all day, so I couldn't take more advantage of the place. Hope to stay there again, highly recommended, seem,s to attract nice guests too!

Clean, modern guest house with well equipped rooms. Well located for a walk into town, no issues with parking in what felt like a safe area. Breakfast was good with a wide choice of continental and cooked foods. The only thing I would say is be weary if you have mobility issues as our room was up 2 flights if... More

Very nice clean and modern styled room with plenty of space. Bathroom was a little small but not unusable. Breakfast was very nice and had a good selection. Steve and Sally were friendly and I would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay that is away from the bustle of the sea front.
