What a lovely place, Pat and Stuart great hosts, extremely attentive to your needs and couldn't do enough for you. Also the personal touch calling you by your first names :) well done Pat on remembering all our different names. The room as all the B&B was spotless and well equipped. A great location to access all the attractions that... More

We only stayed for 1 night but were made extremely welcome when we arrived early to park our car before heading off to a pub to watch the Burnley V Leicester!! The results of our short stay far out reached the Burnley result!! Pat and Stewart were lovely hosts and their B & B was very tastefully decorated with lots... More

We stayed at the Chilterns for 2 nights last week. Pat and Stewart made us feel very welcome. Their rooms are second to non, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and I would not hesitate to recommend this guesthouse to everyone. It is the little touches like the choc/orange cookie biscuits in the rooms that makes this guesthouse very special. Thank you... More

What a lovely review! We work hard trying to ensure that all the rooms are modern, comfy, bright and fresh for our guests so really pleased the effort we put in is appreciated. As you say we do have lots of small touches, mainly things we would like whenever we stay over but don't always get, like the delicious cookies... More

We were caught up in some rather bizarre circumstances, thanks to an unfortunate incident at another guest house, we were 're-housed' here, and the owners Stuart & Pat moved heaven and earth to give us a very enjoyable stay, and we are very grateful for this, given the sudden and unexpected situation. The rooms are very comfortable, with good amenities,... More

What a find! Fabulous little place! Super clean. Great breakfast, the best poached eggs i've ever tasted. Pat and Stuart are very welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. Location was great too, just round the corner from the shops and the prom. Very relaxing break.

Thank you for your kind review! Glad you liked the poached eggs I'm a bit of a dab hand at them by now, of course they have to be lovely and fresh so we insist on using the finest ingredients on our breakfast menu. Pleased we did our job well looking after you both. Thanks again. More

We stayed for one night and are already planning a return visit. We arrived unannounced as we had booked the wrong date via booking.com. We spent 3 lovely nights here in early October on our recent travels. This place made an ideal base from which to explore this part of North Wales. Our room was on the top floor and the stairs were rather steep but the veritable art gallery on the staircase walls made the climb more pleasant. The room was small but... More

The experience began before we left our home, with a call the day before from Pat saying we could arrive earlier than check in time. On arrival, we were greeted with a coffee and biscuits, then shown to our room by Stuart, by now we already felt like we were welcomed guests rather than customers. Our room was spotless and... More
