Such a heart warming B&B in the centre of Llandudno! The hostess, Carole is running the place absolutely sublimely!! Such a lovely woman and very welcoming! 2 lovely young boys who are always so well behaved! No bother what so ever !! Our room was lovely and spacious, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean! Breakfast is second to none! By far... More

Clean, tidy, friendly and relaxing. Our weekend stay was a pure pleasure and breakfasts superb . The location is ideal, quiet with easy parking - a real plus in Llandudno - but only a few minutes walk to the main shopping and eating area. We will be visiting again very soon.

My parents have just enjoyed a four day break at Flockton Villa B&B, they have asked me to write them a review. They had rooms no.3 which was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, near to the town and pier. Great restaurants within walking distance too. All facilities were clean and spacious. The only drawback they found was... More

Our first stay in Llandudno and we could not have asked for a more friendly reception. Carol our hostess was extremely ameniable and runs a lovely we'll kept establishment. We were made to feel extremely welcome and Flockton Villa proved an excellent base for our visit to Llandudno with it's close proximity to the major attractions of this quaint Victorian... More

For a change, we decided to get away for Christmas. We had read the reviews on Flockton Villa, so we decided to go and see for ourselves. What a wonderful place and what a wonderful family, we were made to feel most welcome from the minute we arrived, and the service, room and food were second to one. Owner Carole... More

Just a couple of nights but a very pleasant and welcoming B&B. The room etc was a good size, and all was very clean. Very good breakfast and we liked the initiative of placing your order the night before. Saves time in the mornings! Could have perhaps done with a biscuit or 2 with the hospitality tray - which is... Very warm welcome once again. Plenty of parking outside. Very clean rooms, outstanding breakfast. Fills you up for the day. Just a few mins from the town center and the prom. We were entertained at breakfast one morning with a guitar by the cook. Will be back there next year.

This B&B is really lovely. Karen offers you a very warm welcome and the room was bright and airy and absolutely spotless. It is in a great location- just minutes away from all over the main attractions and bars and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious too,. We will definitely be returning.
