Just returned from our 4th visit. Room was spotlessly clean and large and airy. Breakfast were freshly cooked to order and Debbie and Steve were as attentive as ever. even though the hotel was full over the bank holiday weekend. Debbie and Steve, engaging, pleasant people who obviously are devoted to their calling, run a lovely guest house. Both the public and private guest areas are impeccably furnished and appointed. My top-floor room was very comfortable, with everything I could wish for right at my fingertips. Excellent, fluffy towels. It was easily the cleanest place I've stayed in ages. My... more

Steve and Debbie are terrific hosts-- their contribution to the enjoyment of our stay in Llandudno cannot be overstated. They gave us information on nearby golf courses and walking trails, restaurants, the tram to the Great Orme, and even got us started on learning to speak Welsh! Their B&B is lovely-- Bryn Derwen is ideally located in Llandudno, just at... more

We were travelling in a large party for a conference and we were immediately made so welcome it felt like we were at home! Steve & Debbie couldn't be more helpful with suggestions for where to eat or drink, organising taxis, getting our favourite drinks in behind the bar and even accomodated us for dinner on the second night even... more
