Pleasant, peaceful location just minutes from the town center and the seashore. Attractive, clean, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfasts. Debbie and Steve are wonderful hosts – they are very welcoming and are highly organized and efficient. We enjoyed our 3-day stay very much indeed. More

Just returned from a short break staying at the Bryn Derwen. Great place to stay - central & a short walk from all the main attractions. Lovely Victorian building with many original features & a great open fire on an evening. Room was spacious & a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a treat with a varied menu, but I just... More

Our hostess collected us at the train station upon arrival, which was the only time this happened in our travel from B and B to B and B across the UK! Very nice and professional touch. Our room was beautiful and quiet. We could walk everywhere from our location around the city of Llandudno. We followed suggestions made by our... More

Just got back from a 6 day stay with my husband and parents. We both stayed in the superior rooms which are newly renovated. Lovely light airy rooms and exceptionally high standard of fixtures and fittings. The breakfasts are as good as ever but with a few additions since last year. The hotels just been awarded a 5 star ratng... More

Rooms spotless, breakfasts very good but what sets this B+B apart fromothers is Debie and Steve. They are excellent hosts and can't do enough for you. We'll be back again next... More

We found Steve and Debbie to be a very welcoming and sociable couple who did their best to make our stay as near perfect as possible. The room was very comfy, well appoointed and the breakfasts splendid. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very well looked after throughout the weekend. We'd definitely recommend the place to anyone looking... More

We telephoned on the last minute Friday looking for a two night stay. Steve was very pleasant and said he only had two seperate rooms for each night if we didn't mind moving. We said we didn't (they moved our stuff for us.) The guesthouse is more like a hotel with a bar and very nice reception rooms and dining... More

When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Debbie, who showed us to our room. The room was very spacious, with a beautiful bay window, the decor and drapes are of the highest quality (also throughout the house). Not only were there the usual complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits, but homemade chocolates, and bottle water by the bed. Breakfast was... More
