Met by owner on arrival and directed to the onsite parking which is to the rear of the property. First impressions was that the place was very homely. Room was very nicely decorated with a well stocked tea/coffee making facility. TV in room with freeview although we didn't use this very much. Property is within easy walking distance of the... More

Very friendly welcoming hotel. Took mother on a overnight break. She was made feel very special by the owners who always called her by her name this meant a lot to mom. The food was great. Lounge is as comfortable as it looks in pictures.Would not hesitate to book again. Carol and Neil Bayliss

We have used this hotel as an overnight base for visits to the Welsh Opera in Llandudno on several occasions. The Hotel is small, personal and comfortable. Our Hosts couldn't do enough to make us feel at home. It is located in a quiet area of Llandudno and within walking distance of all amenities. Easy to find by car and... More

We stayed here last night (4.4.14) as we joined friends to celebrate a 50th Birthday in Llandudno. There is nothing new to add in this review that hasn' already been said. The whole experience from 'first conact' at Bryn Derwen is faultless!! A 'big' thank you to you both for your thoughfulness and kindnessxx

The first decent sun of 2014. As a recently retired couple what do you do? Simple answer, pack your bags and head off to Bryn-Derwyn to recharge batteries. Quality rooms, an enclosed car park, a first class cooked to order breakfast and for a change why not choose his special omelette!! Saving the best until last and its all down... More

Visited Llandudno during the valentines weekend. Arrived tired and grumpy and left feeling rested and relaxed. Lovely rooms, great breakfasts and the coal fire was just what the dr ordered after battling the elements on Saturday. We usually visit during spring/summer autumn but we enjoyed the break so much that we may have to make a short winter break a... More

Lovely accommodation with beautiful period features. Very comfortable lounge with real fire, nice on a cold wet evening. Stayed for 2 nights with my mum during October half term. Beds and pillows are very comfy, and the breakfast was fab; really good quality sausage and bacon, and the best and most lean black pudding I've ever had. Pretty sure we'll... More

Just returned after a lovely weekend, our first visit to this guest house, will definitely return, and would recommend to anyone. Excellent personal service from booking to check out. Chris Debbie and I are so pleased that Morgan, yourself and the rest of your party enjoyed your stay at Bryn Derwen. We do try our best to ensure that we have as many little extras in the rooms as possible and we believe that having a bar within the lounge area also makes a difference. We hope to see... More
