This hotel is well worth a visit, entertainment adult orientated (on Sat. drag queen, you need broad mind and thick skin), food is very good and everything is very clean but in need of urgent refurbishment. Prices are very good, at bar £2 a pint, but I feel it be better to increase prices to refurbish hotel from some of... More

Just returned from a one night stay. Travelled with a Harry Shaw coach party. The outside of the hotel is tired looking and so are the rooms and that's the cons out of the way. The pros, well WOW the reception and lounge area was comfortable and quite charming in a quirky way. When we went down to the dining... More

We have just got back from a stay at the Risboro Hotel. I think some of the rooms must be better than others. We took the third room offered and they were all dirty ( Not just tired). We found personal information from a guest staying in November under our bed. The food was poor . The entertainment was very... More

Just stayed the one night at the hotel like some of the reviews the hotel could do with some T.L.C but we had a good time we were in room 42 on the second floor which just looked out to back of some buildings. The room was warm, clean beds and bedding bathroom was fine with plenty of hot water.... More

76 members of Coventry CHA Rambling Club enjoyed a 5 night stay at the hotel in January 2015. The basics were fine. Warm, clean bedrooms, plenty of hot water. Admitedly most needed refurbishment and a lick of paint. The lounge, ballroom and dining room were fine; in fact rather elegant. The staff were brillant. Food was plain, well served and... More
