What can I say about this hotel? I stayed here for business and it was a flying visit. Arrived at about 9am, and departed by about 8am the next day. Guy at the front desk was pleasant. Room was a little small with two singles instead of a double. There was a fusty smell and the décor was fairly dated/traditional.... more

My wife and I recently spent a long weekend in the Dunoon Hotel celebrating our wedding anniversary, and I'm sure that we could not have chosen a better hotel in Llandudno. All of the staff were extremely efficient, very well mannered and performed their allotted functions superbly well. The meals in the Dining Room and the Bar-meals were splendid, all... more

Stayed here to attend a family wedding in the area. Not sure what to expect as there are no recent reviews. We had a large, bright room with a comfortable four poster bed. Nice bright, clean decor. Tea making equipment, tv & a clock radio that worked (a first in my experience of hotel clock radios!). Our bathroom was equally... more

Myself, partner and our 12 year old daughter stayed at the hotel Dunoon for one night. It was a spur of the moment thing and we knew nothing about the hotel except it had vacancies as it was a busy weekend. We paid £127 HOW MUCH??? (B & B) for a small cramped room (room no 27). The room smelt... more

I accompany my Parents to this Hotel twice yearly. My Father is Disabled and the staff go out of their way to accommodate his needs. Prior to this years visit I have been shown one of their newly refurbished Disabled rooms and have to say they are excellent and take into account the extra space and easy access and egress... more

Where to begin? The fantastically attentive service? The beautifully presented, spankingly clean rooms? How about the downstairs toilets - marble and slate to die for. Seriously though, great food, a really friendly welcome and just the right level of luxury. Stunning for a three star and great value. Am coming back again, again and again. more

Stayed here on a wet Monday night in March. We were quoted twice the price of other hotels in the area and had to pay extra per person as we were only stying for one night (what a ripp off !!) For this price we expected something special - what a let down. The twin room was very cramped overlooking... more

This Hotel may only have a 3 Star Grade but it certainly deserves more. Excellent location, Gourmet food, Friendly, helpful and polite staff. A traditional hotel which has not been spoilt by modernisation, unlike many of the other hotels. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff ensure that all your needs are catered for. I will return. more
