We recently stayed at the Imperial - our first visit since rooms had been refurbished a few years ago. Our 4-day stay was excellent. Perfect weather certainly helped but we found all aspects of the hotel to be very well managed, with good attention to details and friendly, well-trained staff. On the Saturday of our stay there ws a big... more

We were with a group of 48 travelers. The front desk was efficient at checking us all in and very helpful with recommendations about places to eat when we did not want to eat in, trying to get taxi's when it poured down rain and just pleasant in general. We unfortunately had two ill travelers and they were great with... more

Good hotel especially since some recent renovation work but if you do decide to stay in a hotel on the front in Llandudno I would personally choose the George which is very similar but has that extra edge in its feel as a quality hotel. Having siad that the staff are fine, the location ood and the food OK so... more

I recently stayed at the Imperial for one night whilst in the area on business. The room that I had was on the top floor and quite simply excellent. It was modern in decor and had the plus of a balcony. My friends enjoyed the Spa. As it was a Saturday the hotel had been taken over by a large... more

Check in was speedy. Late arrival meant we had no parking so had to park on the seafront. Busy weekend in hotel as there was a Welsh 'Valentines' special running. We were fortunate to be allocated a newly refurbished room which was very large, comfortable king size bed, extra bedding and pillows in wardrobe. Spacious bathroom, big towels, bathrobes and adequate... more

We stayed at the hotel recently as part of our trip through Wales and were grateful that we could get a room there at short notice due to some important family issue. We found the following positives and negatives for our one night stay:- Positives:- 1) Breakfast was included in the rate - service a bit slow but otherwise fine.... more

We stayed for 2 nights (Saturday & Sunday) in refurbished double and single rooms on the second floor at the side of the hotel. The rooms were large and bright and the breakfasts were excellent. We had afternoon tea with friends in the area at the front of the hotel overlooking the seafront which was a treat. The swimming pool... more
