If you require accessibility then forget it with this place. Yes there is a ramp at the front but not from the car park at the rear which results in a 5 minute walk around. If you get inside then there are lips to each different floor surface and the passageways are narrow. The lift will not accommodate any form... More

Recently returned from this warm comfortable hotel. Position on the sea front cannot be Beaten . Breakfast and dinner had plenty of choice and everything served hot when required. Our room was light and warm with sea view and the hotel has a lift to all floors

Stayed for only 1 night this time. As usual room was clean and tidy and had a sea view. Staff are lovely and friendly. Full English breakfast with plenty of thick toast and butter. Will definitely go back.

Very friendly service where nothing was too much trouble, even for 11 bikers!! Rooms were clean and tidy, though a little on the hot side. Lovely full english breckie with endless tea and coffee and toast etc etc. Ample parking and only 5 minutes walk from town centre. All in all a very pleasant time was had by all........Joe

We had made reservations and arrived at check-in time. The nice lady met us at the counter and when my husband said, "We have reservations and are glad to be here after a long drive," she said, "Yes, you do have a reservation, but I don't have a room for you." I was shocked and slightly panicked... But then she... More
