I decided a few weeks prior to New Year to book a few days away as a break for my husband and myself. Even though I singled out the Whitefriars B&B on the web I decided to phone direct, I had concerns aver parking which were quickly rectified by the lovely owner offering to put out bollards. On arrival true... More

I ve spent few days in this beautiful Victorian b&b and I enjoyed it a lot. The location is perfect, quiet but just a few steps from the beach and hight street as well. Interior design is wonderfully done with respect to the victorian origin of the building, owners are gorgeus, they took care of me like we are family.... More

We stayed one night over the bank holiday on short notice and we couldnt have asked for anything better. Our suite ( room 5) was clean and bright, great en-suite shower, friendly hosts and a brilliant choice for breakfast in a lovely sunny breakfast room.

Imagine my surprise when we arrived on their doorstep and were told that our reservation had been cancelled 3 weeks ago! Too bad they use a booking service who didn't contact us. So it would be hard to say too much more since we didn't get past the lobby. My suggestion before staying here would be to call ahead before... More

This time stayed with hubby and we had a small suite. Apart from the excess of ornaments (a personal opinion, others may love it) we were delighted with our stay. Wonderfully comfy bed with the standard of bedding I would expect to find in a top class hotel. Not without it's quirks and (very minor) imperfections Whitefriars represents one of... More

Stayed here for one night with mum, booked 2 rooms for single occupancy. Already Whitefriars scored points above loads of other establishments in Llandudno - phoned and email about 25 before finding the first one to allow a) a one night booking and b) single occupancy. I had a lovely twin room, very spacious and comfortable (bed lovely!)with large bathroom... More
