Had this place booked for us as place to stay after a few drinks for a 50th birthday celebration in Llandudno. Place looks like its being renovated on the outside, scaffolding up. Hope they are going to do the inside too, as it's about 25 years overdue. Entrance is shabby, rooms the same, very tired and cold. en suite sink... More

Freezing, filthy carpets, handy man knocking on the door at 9am! Cut my leg on the metal protruding out the side of the bed. Beer was terrible, didn't dare to try the breakfast. All in all, a depressing stay.

The staff were very helpful the breakfast was self service but... More

Lovely location on the central promenade amongst some nicely renovated old hotels. Sadly this isn't one of them. Very tired and uninviting. Our double room was cramped and dingy. Bathroom radiator was fine, but bedroom radiator didn't work so room was cold. We didn't have a sea view so our view over the car park, which you needed a shoehorn... More

We have just come back from staying the night in this place. It's certainly not the best I've ever stayed in, but it's definitely not the worst... That accolade goes to another dump down the promenade!. The staff were very friendly, and although the place needs serious updating, it WAS CLEAN... at least our room was. The Beds were comfortable,... More
