First time we have stayed in an adapted hotel. Can't praise the staff highly enough for all they did for throughout our stay. Only illness caused us to cut short or visit. Beautiful area and very easily accessible town centre and pier. The hotel decor presented us with a feel at home feeling. Would highly recommend to anyone whether they... More

Recently stayed here - and not for the first time. The views are second to none, absolutely breathtaking. The accomodation is spacious, very comfortable, clean and well serviced by the fabulous staff who can't do enough for you. The recent redecoration is very tastfull and adds to the ambiance which was already warm, welcoming and friendly. We cant thank the... More

We stayed here in November. Great location for all ages as quiet one beach and pier on the other beach just a straight through road. Suitable for all disabled as well. Staff could not do enough for you and entertainment most nights. Join in and have a great time. My son and his group go every year and always find... More

Brilliant for dogs out of season. Beach very clean no plastic rubbish. Views across to Anglesey and the welsh mountains very picturesque.

Great Hotel, highly recommend I have recently returned home from a holiday to The West Shore with a disabled client who is a wheelchair user. From start to finish this has been an excellent experience for both my service user and myself. I cannot thank the Andy, Christian and all the staff enough for the effort they made on our... More

just returned from a short break at The West Shore Hotel in Llandudno with my Father who is a wheelchair user. The accommodation was excellent, plenty of room for the wheelchair, a wet room ensuite and even a profiling bed. We had two bedrooms on the ground floor with patio doors onto the patio, which was great as Dad does... More

Should be a beautiful hotel...it is in a fantastic location. However, the decor is from the 1980s, there is a terrible fusty smell. The look is thrown together without much love or any attention to detail. Would agree with previous reviews, staff are friendly. I have never before stayed in a hotel and had to ask for a mattress. We... More

Wanting just a quiet break away from everything this is a perfect location. Set on the seafront the area is relaxing and the hotel itself lends itself to a peaceful time. It is easily accessible for wheelchairs and disabled access all through, the food is excellent and cannot fault it at all. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and... More

I have stayed at this hotel several times, as a part of a group of 20+ disabled photographers, my most recent visit being last week. I often hear disabled people moaning about so called "disabled friendly " establishments but the West Shore really does meet expectations. The rooms are equipped to deal with the most debilitating if disabilities, with hoists... More
