My husband and I stayed here in June on our honeymoon, we had a fantastic room with our own balcony and an amazing view across the sea and the mountains. The staff were very friendly and did everything they could do to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as smooth as possible. All the trips... More

Spent 4 nights here. Facilities for disabled excellent. Electric beds, hoists, automatic doors, wet rooms, extra items available on request. Staff very friendly and nice. Maid service excellent and requests dealt with immediately. Reception also dealt immediately with any requests. Our room was wonderful with a spectacular view from large bay window overlooking the sea and mountains. Had a big... More

We had gone principally to take a disabled parent for a short break, we could not have wished for better service. All the equipment we needed was there, the staff were polite and extremely helpful, even when the a district nurse had to be summoned. The food was very good, with a different menu nightly, with tastes to suit all... More

We recently stayed for a week here at the West Shore Hotel. A group of six , three people with disability and three carers. The hotel provides all the required equipment like over head hoists, adjustable beds and good toilet and shower rooms. The rooms are spacious and ideal for wheelchair users and of a good standard. The meals are... More

Stayed here with my wife and her disabled father. It was his first stay away from his care home in over two years and something of an experiment for us. Our worry of whether it could work melted away in minutes after our arrival. The service and facilities were second to none. The quality of the food and the choice... More

We love Llandudno and have stayed several times in different B&B/hotels. My partner had stayed here a couple of years ago and loved it. Hotel sent him a discount voucher plus they had a four night for three offer on. We went for a short break (and got a very good deal) in the middle of March. The staff were... More

However I would like to thank the lovely staff at the Westshore for their kindness and wonderful service provided when we stayed with them.Everyone was always kind to our father and to ourselves. The food was excellent, always served with a smile... More

The service at The West Shore is fantastic! Great food, served by friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere. The room I stayed in was well suited to my needs as a wheelchair user, with an overhead hoist. Plenty of space to move around meant I could accommodate both my wheelchairs. It's position, on the West shore, meant it was quiet,... More
