This is the second year running we have stayed here. I only have praise for the place and people. Very clean and ideally placed to get to north and south shore and not farb from town centre absolutely ideal.
Excellent service - the breakfasts are brilliant but be aware that you will definitely be putting on a few pounds. Normally a Full English but you can tailor it by letting them know of any alterations the night before.
The room was well appointed and spacious. The B&B is located five minutes walk from either sea front but remains quiet....

Warm welcome, friendly owners. Excellent breakfast, plenty of it. Fairly comfortable room, could have been bit cleaner, not maintained during our stay, overall impression, good value for money.
