No lift and 19 steps up to room. Delay at check in due to other guests and a slow running computer. Room was of a good size and had all items required for a one night stay Restaurant was good with friendly staff.Hotel location is a good distance from Llandudno.

We have stayed at this Premier Inn several times. It is very quiet (they only have 20 rooms) and is very handy for the theatre (25 minute walk). The staff are always friendly and helpful (Steven, Leah and a lady with blonde hair who re-set our room keys when they decided to stop working!). We had a lovely big room on the front so we had a sea view. The hotel is on a very busy road but you don't hear traffic noise in the bedroom. We will definitely stay here again when next in Llandudno.

Really nice staff, the reception staff were friendly and polite and the man serving breakfast deserves a special mention for being so pleasant and efficient. The hotel is in a great position but is in need of an upgrade. New carpets in public areas are needed as the present ones are stained and worn. Our room was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed, and was quiet, despite the busy road. The free WiFi kept cutting out, but did come back on quickly, so not too bad. There is always the option to pay more for the upgraded WiFi.

Although the stay was adequate the hotel needs a good makeover the main corridors had a dampish smell, carpets looked dirty. Most of the restaurant menu was fried food and no option of vegetables with anything and for some reason the bar was closed at 9.00pm one evening so very disappointed about that.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay. The hotel is desperately in need of an upgrade, the windows and bathroom mainly. The place is spotless and clean and the staff work really hard and are so cheerful and polite. I have to give a special mention to Steven on reception. He was absolutely amazing especially to my autistic son and when he lost his phone he kept him calm and kept telling him not to worry, so thank you Steven for making our short break special for all the right reasons.

Arrived to book in at 2.50... rather curt response from staff that we were too early. Waited n Brewers Fare below. Checked in and went to the room. Musty smell in corridor noted but room was worse. En suite fittings water damaged and deteriorating. We reported this on departure and receptionist apologised clearly aware that the room (10)had problems. Some noise from fan outside window disturbed sleep. Staff generally good. Bed comfortable as we have come to expect from Premier. Overall the hotel and Brewrs Fare is in need of a face-lift to meet the standards we have come to expect from the chain. Tried to leave feedback directly but website not retrieving booking details... Hope Premier Inn is able to resolve this to avoid other disappointed customers!
