I've stayed here many times , the breakfast is one of the best in Llandudno the rooms are always clean , the staff helpfull, nice and a good laugh . I'll be staying here again soon , location is spot on rooms nice and clean , keep up the good work !!! And thanks tess and Ian

The location was excellent. We were a group of two couples and we had adjacent rooms and tables together at breakfast - very thoughtful. Not all rooms are sea view, but cannot fault the rooms, cleanliness and staff. The cooked breakfast was amazing and the staff cannot do enough to help you.

The location was very good. Close to pier, tram, cable cars and town centre. Free wi-fi was a bonus and the breakfast was good. There are a couple of nice pubs and restaurants in the area and Llandudno is a nice quiet resort. The car park was a joke and street parking a nightmare. The bedroom was small and cramped.... More
