We didn't stay at The Queens, just had a meal there one night. It looked so promising from the outside but once inside we were amazed to see all the Christmas decorations out (middle of October). We stayed on a Saturday night for a pleasant stay. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was typical of the type found in resorts such as Scarborough, Llandudno etc. In their day they would have been top notch but now a little jaded.
