Popped in the restaurant had a look at the menu was very surprised at the very low prices and choice on the menu. The food was cooked to perfection and presented very nicely. Could not believe what we had for the price we paid. I would strongly recommend to dine here when visiting Llandudno. Well impressed with everything the queens... More

Stayed as a group of 8 for a girly weekend. Booked the Queens Lodge which is over the road to the hotel through Late Rooms (which clearly stated 'Queens Lodge' by the way!!). Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were exactly what we needed for a one night stay. Will definitely be booking this hotel again in the future.

Just returned from an overnight stay with my friend. A last minute decision to visit Llandudno for a girly night. Booked this hotel through Booking.com on the morning of travel. The website told us that the room was in the lodge across the road and although this hotel is not modern, it did not disappoint. The room was spotlessly clean... More

Can find no faults with this hotel, everything was perfect. Friendly staff, excellant food always piping hot. Comfortable rooms, ours was always very warm but easily remedied by turning off radiator and having window open. I think the hotel could save money by not giving gifts every night, in my mind completely unnecessary

You may not get what you think with The Queens Hotel! We booked with Late Rooms (which may have our first mistake) around two weeks before we our one night stay. When we arrived we were told we would be in the Lodge across the road. I was disappointed as I had purposely asked my husband to book the Queens... More

Rather difficult to respond to this review: clearly we have failed to meet this customers expectations, and we are sorry about that - but were these expectations realistic? To explain...... our entry on Laterooms clearly states that the available rooms are located in the Queens Lodge, and the rooms are priced accordingly, however, as other reviews indicate, the vast majority... My husband and myself have just got back from the Queens hotel in Llandudno after a four day break. The hotel needs a little updating but everything else is spot on. The food, the cleanliness, the staff are all excellent. The location is also very good, on the sea front. Also close to all the shops and restaurants. We don't... More

We needed somewhere to stay in Llandudno and chose The Queens as it had availability and was in the right price range. It's a typical large, Victorian hotel on the front overlooking the seafront no doubt with a nice sea view - at least from some rooms, though not from ours! But that didn't bother us. We just wanted somewhere... More
