Excellent treat for two. Sandwiches, scones, cakes all delicious and leftover cakes nice packed in a cake box to bring home. Service, mainly provided by Jack, was great couldn't have been more helpful. Assisted by a very pleasant young lady we were well looked after and the Prosecco was fab.

Wonderful restoration of this charming listed Victorian building, right n the sea front with stunning views across to The Great Orme. Inside the decor is tastefully done without detracting from the architectural heritage of a building of this period. Bedrooms very chic, those on the third floor have had to be worked around the confines of the Victorian building, the bathrooms are small,so... More

Good service, with a smile, very pleasant. Room was clean, practically newly refurbished, compact but spacious enough and again an almost new modern shower room. Good tea and coffee facilities and free bottled water in the room. Location is on the sea front. Nice hotel, more than met my expectations at a very reasonable price.

Last time we knew the Llandudno Bay Hotel it was the Ormescliffe a fairly nondescript seaside coaching hotel. Well the transformation is nothing short of amazing. More contemporary and cosy. I get the impression that the large rooms (suitable for large coach groups) have been divided to m=give a more intermate feel. It works. The lunch was very good, well... More

Just enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Llandudno Bay. A tasteful, chic hotel which retains comfort and the personal touch. It is evident the staff are hand picked and effectively trained. We sampled breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea, all of an excellent standard with a strong menu and extensive wine list. The banoffee pie cocktail - well it's hard... More

We spent the most relaxing weekend here in January. The food was outstanding and excellent value for money. All of the staff were attentive (but not overbearing), nothing was too much trouble. Our room had a seaview and was absolutely lovely. Exceptionally clean. I cannot wait to visit again and with a spa opening this year, what better excuse!

We called here in late January on a grey, rainy winter's day, and what an uplift to the spirits it provided. We were booked in for afternoon tea, and I was hopeful of a good experience after reading some positive reviews, but I wasn't quite expecting the sheer quality of the meal provided. Lovely finger-sandwiches and a great patissierie selection... More

This was our first hotel on a seven night tour for our January holiday around north wales. The hotel has been beautifully renovated. From the moment we arrived to departing we were very impressed with very high standards. Our room was excellent overlooking the sea, with bathrobes and lovely toiletries. The dining room is beautiful with the chandeliers remaining from... More

A gorgeous four star hotel with all the little luxury touches you would expect. Room overlooking the sea was beautiful, comfortable and practical at the same time. High standards of customer care from all the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazingly good - made you want to stay for a week to try everything on... More
