Returned yesterday from a 4 night break at The Marlborough Hotel Llandudno. It was a very long journey by coach ,but well worth it as the owners ( Jean & John ) made us very welcome and the staff were very helpful & polite. The food was very good ( compliments to the chef(s) and a great choice of menu.... More

The Marlborough Hotel is such a great place to stay and I definitely recommend it! Chris and Gareth are two of the loveliest people you could meet and all the staff are kind and helpful. The food is top quality and our rooms were always spotless and well presented. My friends and I are already looking forward to our next... More

Nice Family run Hotel, very pleasant, good location, would definitely recommend it. Plenty to see and do,loads of eating places within walking distance, beach just across the road. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but not the hotels fault its just the town in general, on street parking mostly free when you find a space, there are two or... More

My mum has been to stay at the Marlborough hotel as part of a coach trip. The staff are excellent and cannot do enough for their guests. We have been up to visit for the day and had lunch in the restaurant. The food was lovely and very well presented. The location is perfect, especially for those with limited mobility.... More

Went for a family weekend with elderly parents, the hotel was good value for money, the decor is quite traditional and perhaps wouldn't satisfy the younger couples, the food was well prepared and good quality. The staff are wonderful very obliging and helpfull no request was a problem and always done with a smile.

Meals were good but sometimes the restaurant staff didnt undrstand what we asked for... More

Food here is very good, small portions but nice, would reccommend. Hotel needs a really good makeover, our room had wwllpaper coming off the walls, all needed redoing.Staff were friendly, but so many different ones, the only ones who were regular were Chris and Gareth who were both brilliant, very professional in all aspects of their job, very polite, couldnt... Decided to have lunch at this hotel on our day trip to Llandudno, looked a lovely hotel from the frontage with a nice menu, so decided to give it a try. Firstly the lady on reception looked really fed up and never even acknowledged we were there, no hello or nothing just a really miserable face. We both ordered lamb... More

Overnight Saturday stay for my wife and I booked last minute. As some reviewers point out the hotel mainly caters for senior citizens coach type package holidays,so being in our mid 50's we were the youngest by a bit. Not a problem as that means you do not get problems with noise and unruliness in the wee small hours. Traditional... More
