A lovely hotel staff were great food was superb rooms clean . All in all my group had a great break would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Jean the boss was always there to help and guide you at all mealtimes and all the staff worked hard to serve over fifty covers . The chef Peter was his name... More

Stayed here for the 2nd year running with the MS society. This hotel is very welcoming from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble. They accommodate our party every year and know quite a few of us on 1st name terms now. The staff are so friendly and will do everything they can to ensure you have a really... More

We recently visited Llandudno on August Bank Holiday weekend. Wow nothing changes - superb service throughout our stay. The family run hotel is as it states in the title Fantastic and Friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for the the proprietor (Jean) or her staff. The staff were friendly, polite and went out of their way to be of assistance.... More

We were booked in as part of a coach party. My pre-conceived views were of an old-fashioned outdated crumbling venue, with minimum portions and take-it or-leave-it attitude How wrong I was. The staff were friendly, polite and went out of their way to be of assistance. One of our party (it turned out) had left one of their cases at... More

This is a family run hotel in which nothing is too much trouble for the proprietor or staff. Close to Llandudno Pier and just around the corner from all major shops. Would certainly recommend this hotel

We arrived on Monday and was greeted by the staff in period costumes. Each day is a different theme so it was quite nice to have "the Dickens Period" on arrival. At first glance it looks a large hotel that's well presented from the front. All the staff were very polite and could not do enough for you throughout our... More

As soon as we entered the hotel we were made to feel very welcome and offered tea and scones on the house. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and as my wife is disabled nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay an extremely enjoyable one. The food was of very high standard with a good choice... More

Trying to find somewhere to stay when you have a dog is limited. The one before the Marlborough was awful. I booked to stay at the Marlborough through Late rooms on Sunday 9th March. We are frequent visitors to Llandudno but had never stayed there previously. It beat all our expectations. The staff were wonderful and genuine and we had... More

Four of us have just returned from a two day break over New Year at the Marlborough. Although the hotel is old it makes up for in hospitality. Jean the owner and all the staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Most of the people go there year after year and are treated like... More
