We stayed at this very nice guest house for two nights, It is only a few minute walk along the beautiful sea front into the main streets of Llandudno. It is tastefully decorated and the food was good and reasonably priced. However, the breakfast time is set in stone at 9 so the first morning we were golfing at 9... More

We have just returned from a stay here and what a delightful hotel it is. A cosy, clean and warm room with excellent views of the promenade, little and the great orme. A great night sleep in a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty, well presented and hot. Neil, the perfect host. Highly recommend the Carmel as a place to... More

Here for the Easter weekend and enjoyed it very much! It's on the sea front but about a twenty minute walk to the touristy part of the sea front. Neil greeted us with a smile and carried our suitcase to our room for us, he also made it so we had a double instead of a single :) He spoke... More

We stayed in the Carmel hotel for two nights and were very pleased. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location, right on the sea front and within walking distance of shops bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.

My husand and I were attending a concert at the Venue and I chose the Carmel due to it's proximity - a couple of minutes walk along the seafront. We were perfectly happy with the decor and ambience of the hotel and our welcome from Neil. Our room, although small - was very clean and comfortable, with an enormous ensuite... More

The innkeeper Neil is exceedingly nice and treated my 8 year old daughter like a princess every day at breakfast. Pleasant room, great view, right across from the ocean, ~10 minutes to town center.

This is a beautiful hotel right on the sea front and only a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The rooms are lovely, with everything you need included. We have never stayed anywhere where the owners are so friendly and hospitable, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was excellent with a great choice at both breakfast... More

Dear guest You missed the word 'FROM' in your comment about the notice in the foyer, presumably for dramatic effect. If you care to check our website you will see the standard tariff for your room is, and has been all year, £64.00 per night, add in your meals & this totals £246.00 saving you £26.00 .Room 2 contains a... Went to this "hotel" on honeymoon, booked four nights bed and breakfast. Was welcomed by neil and was shown to our room, lovely sea view but awful damp smell especially when entering the bathroom. During the night my wifes asthma got really bad she has an allergy to mould spores, even though we left the window open, she was quite... More

Dear Guest Whilst we always welcome constructive critisim, I feel compelled to answer some of the points you raise. You state that you and your wife were on Honeymoon and that you wife has an allergy to mould spoors, if so, and you smelt damp on entering the room and bathroom, why, in the 20 hours you were at the...
