Visited this hotel after seeing it on Booking.com Found it to be a little gem. Chose a premium room - No14, WITH EXCELLENT SEA VIEWS. Very good breakfast. Very polite and attentive staff. Room was found to be very spacious with piping hot water from the sink and shower, and most of all the room was very clean. Bed comfortable.... More

What can we say but thank you for such a lovely review, it gives the team a great boost! We could upgrade star wise which costs us hoteliers a lot of money! We would rather undersell and over deliver, it is guest comments and return bookings that matter as they are based on actual visits. We look forward to welcoming... More

We received a good welcome on arrival and, being a bit later than average to check-in, our hostess Nicky took the trouble to give us some local tips, which were much appreciated. We had a lovely room with a bay window overlooking the sea, and the room was made up perfectly for each of the 3 days we stayed there.... More

Thank you so much for taking the trouble to write a review, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay. The bar is a brand new edition to the Hotel, upgrading the very tired old one and has been well received. Your comment re breakfast juice, we have never been asked for any other flavour before, but is welcomed and we... More

Thank you for taking the trouble to write a review, it is much appreciated. The team takes enormous pride in cleanliness and offer a standard we would expect if we stayed in a Hotel! You were lovely people and we are sorry we could not accommodate Dad for the 40’s weekend as we were full. Look forward to seeing you... More

Our one night stay in Llandudno, to attend the opera, was made even more pleasant by the very Nice room we were given at the Winchmore hotel.Overlooking the sea and the promenade, the room had every comfort. The hospitality tray was full to overflowing with tea, coffee and chocolate. And there was an abundance of milk too, which is quite unusual,as in most... A large group of friends and I came to stay at the Winchmore as a central point for our 3 day golfing break. Everything at this Hotel was wonderful, rooms were spotless with plenty of tea and coffee, choice at breakfast was excellent, and above all the staff were more than helpful and friendly. Bar and lounge areas very comfortable.... More

Thank you so much for your review. You were a real group of gentleman it was our pleasure to accommodate you. The weather of course was reasonably good for you too, so that enhanced the stay. We do hope we will welcome you back either for the next golf break, or with your partners? More

Thank you so much for your lovely review; it gives the staff a great boost when we receive such comments. Your comment re the star rating is made on a reasonably regular basis by other guests. However we would prefer to ‘undersell and over deliver’. The comments and return visits made by our guests mean more than X no of... More

Wow, what can we say but thank you for your great review. The way we operate breakfast service seems to please most guests. Being able to do your own toast (as much as you like) and then order the cooked choice, takes the pressure off staff and saves guests waiting, we were always being asked ‘excuse me can we have... Great from start to finish warm welcome room good, food not bad although for me with the restaurant being quiet I felt we could have done with a bit of a break between courses, on saying that food was piping hot so no complaints. DON'T be put off with parking thinking you may not be able to park as they... More

Thank you for taking the trouble to write a review. The dining room, open only to residents, is quiet at this time of the year, but we confirm our apology, made on departure we are sorry if you felt it rushed! You did indicate when you left we may well see you again; we hope it is not too long. More

The attractive building is warm and clean, with two comfortable lounges and pleasant decor. The staff are friendly helpful people who dealt kindly with the occasional confusion and dietary needs of our elderly party of 14. They allowed, by arrangement, a few local friends to join us for an evening meal. Parking was not a problem in the private hotel... More

Thank you for your great review. We certainly enjoyed your Company and you were clearly enjoying the reunion? We cater for all diets so 3 gluten free guests were no problem at all!
