My partner and I stayed here for one night whilst going to see Simple Minds at Venue Cymru. Andrea the receptionist was so friendly and helpful she immediately made us feel relaxed and welcome. I was delighted with our sea view room which I found to be absolutely spotless and very tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast... More

First of all Llandudno is pronounced Klan-dood- no. Went here with my wife for a night, going to see UB40, we checked in expecting a sea view room and we got a rear view of a dreary car park. Although that was disappointing, the service was great and the owners were very helpful and polite. The breakfast room was massive... More

Stayed here for one night. Room was ok, bathroom clean but paint peeling off the walls. Breakfast was acceptable. A bit chaotic in the car park at the back if it is full, staff have to down tools and go and move people's cars if they are not there so other people can get out. The location wasn't bad, halfway... As a senior reviewer on trip advisor you are either very experienced in Hotel foibles or have a very high expectation of a 2 star Hotel? The entire bedroom, indeed Hotel was clean, paint peeling off a wall, I would have liked to know where, as we have just refurbished the interior? Breakfast of: fruit juices, cereals, fresh fruit, bacon,... More

Stayed here last weekend whilst visiting the town for the snooker at Venue Cymru. Fantastic location and room gave a great view of sea and pier across the road. Like a lot of Llandudno, it is slightly dated, but I think that adds to the charm of a seaside hotel. Room was small, but had everything we needed and was... More

Thank you reviewing your recent visit, from the comments it seems you enjoyed most of you stay? Your comment re ‘like a lot of Llandundo hotel is slightly dated’ is not really surprising as the town itself is Victorian and the Hotel over 150 years old. Most visitors’ return to Llandudno for that very reason, its charm and heritage? We... More

A really lovely stay for those with small dogs. The room was brilliantly clean and comfortable, well situated and included a great breakfast. Also good wifi access in the rooms. We would definitely stay here again if in Llandudno.

Thank you for your review and very positive comments and ratings. We are delighted you enjoyed your stay. We do have dog friendly designated rooms which are very popular but once there gone, there gone! In fact all apart from the odd night have been booked through until September! We do hope to see you again sometime. More

Thank you so much for your lovely review, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay. So very sorry about the shower, did you make representation to reception? Last week we installed two brand new triple capacity boilers on the third floor to increase the amount of hot water and pressure to upper floor rooms. We do hope this did not... More

We had a great weekend stay here with our two young children, the hotel is nice and spacious, very clean and is clearly well maintained. The restaurant can't be faulted and the organisation was superb, staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I wrote in advance to request a parking space and sea-view room which was promptly dealt with, without... More

Thank you for your very positive review, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay for the most part. The pressure and level of hot water was giving us concern and we had already addressed the issue arranging for two new Hot Water tanks/boilers which were installed over the last 7 days so we hope when you return everything will be... Just returned from a nights stay at the Winchmore Hotel. Arrived very early for check in and our room was ready so we were able to check in and make the most of the day out and about.
