Stayed at this hotel overnight and I was pleasantly surprised by the place. The staff were lovely and friendly and the food was excellent. Our party had appropriated most of the hotel for the weekend, so you can imagine the chaos at times, but things went well. I would stay here again. more

Stayed here overnight during a golfing trip last week. The Hotel is dated, but they are implementing a refurb. programme. Room was clean & adequate with brand new flat screen TV. Staff were really friendly, efficient & helpful. Breakfast was superb. We will have no hesitation in staying there again the next time we are golfing in North Wales more

I've just stayed at the Royal with my elderly mother and we have had a very nice stay at this hotel. Alright, our room was a bit dated but the overall hotel is a lovely old building with fantastic views across mountain ranges, the bay and the town of Llandudno. The pictures of the hotel are very mis leading. The bedrooms and bathroom booth need up dating.
