Stayed at this lovely hotel over the bank holiday weekend , the rooms are spotless good freshly cooked breakfast all the staff very friendly the hosts Arwyn and Linda very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel

Very good as always. Everywhere clean, excellent breakfast and quiet at night. Friendly service throughout. Llandudno quite busy and limited accommodation so need to book early for start of school holidays!

Lovely place to stay, decor is gorgeous, really clean, close to everything....pier, beach, shops, restaurants etc. Breakfast was also lovely which also includes cereals, juices and local yoghurts. Video libaray is handy for wet cold nights in.This place should be upped to 4 star. Very homely and cosy
