First time visiting the Hadleigh Hotel Eastbourne, took a coach party for a 4 night Turkey & Tinsel break. It was a great weekend, the rooms, food and entertainment were 1st class, so much thought had gone into entertaining us for this themed weekend. All the staff were efficient and very pleasant. I would not hestiate to recommend this hotel... More

We went to this hotel with a coach trip on arrival it didn't look to bad,on entry it looked a little dated but the staff were welcoming, and efficient, the room we had was very small,it had a join in the carpet which was torn and quite dangerous, and holes in the netting, the whole room needed a good dust and my... stayed one night the room was clean but the beds were hard. The furnishings are a little tired, they had a kettle with ample tea & coffee. The room we had the bathroom and toilet were separate but both were cold. The staff were friendly and breakfast was cooked well and plentiful. Manager very helpful as were reception staff.

Stayed with a coach tour for 4 days. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and went out of their way to make people welcome. Being quite an old place it was a little dated but at the same time it was clean. Sadly we had the room that was above the loud extrator fan from the kitchen (and though... More

If you are in for bingo and 'entertainment' every night, this is an excellent place. For families and young couples, it is probably not. The interior of both the lobby and the rooms is dated, the lift is tiny and slow (a real obstacle if everyone rushes to breakfast and the stairs are hard to find). Some rooms are noisy... More
