The hotel overall was was just plain dirty. First room we had it was virtually impossible to shower as it was so small. Found dirty used plaster in the shower, chrome taps and shower unit had not been cleaned, mould and thick dust round outside base of shower unit. Visited the Glastonbury Hotel For a New Year Break with a coach party (G V Travel),The Hotel was Very Clean ,the food was great the staff where very helpful (Nothing to much trouble for them) the room was very clean,and serviced every day,entertainment top class just booked for next new year,great value for money.

This is the fifth year we have been to the Glastonbury Hotel and as usual we had first class service from the staff the food was excellent and beautifully cooked and the accommodation was very clean and very comfortable, the entertainment was superb and we already have booked our place for next year.
