Stayed at The Arden for the second time. Ray and Tracey are brilliant hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very comfortable and are kept spotless. Breakfasts are also tasty and you can have any combination you want. I book this hotel as I take part in regular concerts on the local bandstand and will definitely be... more

We stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of August with family including a four month old and were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is great for the pier, beach and shopping centre. The breakfast is great with lots of choice. Thank you very much. We will definitely stay here again. more

A lovely B&B and with very clean rooms. Tracey was a lovely host, that made us feel very welcome and was very helpful when discussing the local area. Breakfast was great with a number of different options. All in all excellent value for money and would recommend to all. more

We stayed at The Arden Hotel during Airborne week at Eastbourne. The hotel is well kept by Ray and Tracey. It is clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and there is a wide range; fruit, cereal, continental, full English. It is very handy for the seafront and the town centre. I would have rated it excellent were it not... more

Our family of two adults and two teenage children stayed at The Arden for two nights in late March 2008. Located just yards from the seafront on a quiet street, the Arden is only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants, theatres and all the various attractions of Eastbourne centre. We were able to park our car right outside (there... more

We stayed at The Arden Hotel in June when we went to watch the Ladies Tennis in Eastbourne. The hotel is situated in an ideal location about 5 mins from Devonshire Park and the town centre. The room we stayed in was really nice, well decorated and clean. There's a wide choice for breakfast from Full English (you won't need... more
