Stayed here for two nights in May in a twin room on the top floor. Room was a little small but clean and tidy. Breakfasts were very nice and the hosts very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for one night on a weekend after selecting it from lodging listed as available at the TI. Very helpful and friendly owners, breakfast cooked to order was good. Room was comfortable, only complaint was on the bathroom as the shower did not have hot water in the afternoon (it did the following morning) and the pressure was not great.... More

The rooms were comfortable and clean and we used the sitting room downstairs in the evening. Hotel is very central and we didn't have to pay for parking as they gave us a permit. Would definately return and would... More

We stayed for two nights in the family room on the third floor of the Arden Hotel, which is located near the beach of Eastbourne. There was no elevator and the rooms were very small. We were satisfied with the service and the breakfast.

Stayed at The Arden for the second time. Ray and Tracey are brilliant hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very comfortable and are kept spotless. Breakfasts are also tasty and you can have any combination you want. I book this hotel as I take part in regular concerts on the local bandstand and will definitely be... More

We stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of August with family including a four month old and were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is great for the pier, beach and shopping centre. The breakfast is great with lots of choice. Thank you very much. We will definitely stay here again.

A lovely B&B and with very clean rooms. Tracey was a lovely host, that made us feel very welcome and was very helpful when discussing the local area. Breakfast was great with a number of different options. All in all excellent value for money and would recommend to all.
