I stayed one night at sea breeze as i was running the half marathon in Eastbourne. The owner was very kind, She allowed me to check out late (2pm) after I had had a shower after the race. Budget and comfortable.

There is no lounge so nowhere to relax in the evenings except the bedroom, or the dining room with only upright chairs. The wash basin in the bedroom didn't drain properly and although this was pointed out at the beginning of the week nothing was done about it. The worst feature was the evening meal. Four nights out of the... More

Paid for a bed & breakfast stay and on arrival was told that if you wanted cooked items it would be extra, £4 for 3 items & £6 for 7 items. Room was very small. Security was not this hotels strong point, went out in the morning and locked room door but on return at around 1pm found room had... More

Taking at trip South East in the UK is a great experience. Especially when you are met with friendliness, service and flexibility like we were. Searching for accommodation at school holiday turned out to be more difficult than expected - but luckily we (1 adult and 2 teens) got in touch with Katie. No questioned asked an extrabed was mingled... More

I stayed at this guesthouse with my toddler in January 2009 and I really liked my stay there. The location is really good, only a few minutes away from the seafront and the pier, and around the corner, there is a street with many good restaurants. The rooms are clean and confortable. Our guests were absolutely charming and did everything... More

Myself and my partner have stayed at the Seabreeze three times now and will continue to use it when we stay in Eastbourne. Katie and Rich are really friendly and flexible and the rooms and breakfast are great value for the price. I would throughly reccomend the Seabreeze.

I found the Sea Breeze a couple of years ago and always stay there when visiting Eastbourne. It is situated just off the sea-front and within easy access to central Eastbourne (about 5 mins walk max). A lot of the local points of interest are very close by too (the Pier and Redoubt Fort for example). You are always made very welcome... More
