This was our first visit and we were pleased with the rooms - we booked a double and a twin room and were amazed how much bigger both the room and the ensuite bathroom was for the twin room, compared with the double room. Also the twin room had better and more facilities: a radio, a bigger wardrobe, a bath... More

Lovely welcome. 2nd stay. Solo looking for a room on a very busy Friday and Sunday. Great rooms, nicely mainained. Good TV. Great location, not in direct seafront traffic. Super generous late breakfast and service. Good value. Nice place, nice people.

We stayed at this hotel last year and were very pleased with our holiday, however this year? what a let down. Staff were indifferent to our comments, unhelpful and patronising. We were not given the walk in shower room we requested, we are slightly disabled and cannot get into a bath, there was dirt around grab rails in bathroom, television... More

further to your comments, we are also disappointed that you did not enjoy your stay with us. You did not book a disabled room with a wet room nor did you request one. All our rooms are en suite some have showers and some have baths. When you came to reception on Sunday to settle your bill you did not... More

We highly recommend this family run hotel one minute from the sea front the rooms were very comfortable and very well equipped. A great en suite with a new shower unit. The menu catered for all tastes. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners and their staff We are looking forward to our next visit. The Lathams, Devon

My wife and I stayed at the Palm court hotel 7th Feb for 3 nights. We fount the proprietor's and the staff to be very helpful and extremely friendly. Our room and facilities were more than adequate for the price we paid. Due to the weather not being so good, we decided to stay in the hotel bar area for... More

Good service from the staff, loved the breakfast and the location is ideal. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were given a spacious, very clean and comfortable room. The staff helped us plan some day trips and even though we arrived to Eastbourne very late, the night porter was fantastic and he also sorted out free parking.... More

I had the misfortune to stay at The Palm Court off season, in December 2013. I was charged £40 per night for bed and breakfast which was plenty given that other hotels were offering deals off season. The entrance and downstairs areas looked decent enough, though the reception area seemed rather tired and shabby. It showed it had a 2... More

This review has been submitted twice, and the name on this review is not the name of the single traveller that stayed with us, or the name on the credit card used, so as far as we are concerned this is a suspicious review and does not reflect the view of our guests. We thoroughly dispute every aspect of these... More
