On a recent stay at the Travelodge I was concerned as I tend to overnight in one of their competitors. However for one night and the location I needed I decided to stay at this hotel. On arrival the staff were welcoming and seemed to know the area well on asking for directions. My room looked dated, especially when I... More

I have used Travelodge on many occasions, during business trips for conferences and especially when my mother was dying. I selected Eastbourne as the most convenient location to my Father's new home in Seaford. The receptionist lady was most considerate on arrival and changed our room to ground floor... my father has great difficulty in walking and is registered disabled.... More

Stayed one night here last Saturday. Very disappointed, very tatty, needs decorating, no relation of any Travelodge I have stayed in. Sink plug jammed, do they have cleaners ? Worse, do they have any management? How can they charge more to stay here than you can pay to stay at Gatwick Travelodge. Not recommended !

Stayed at this Travelodge for two nights - friendly welcome and staff good however although reasonably clean the rooms were looking rather tired and were smaller than other Travelodges. There was a Toby Carvery on-site but they didn't serve breakfast...! There is also not a lot of room noise insulation and we could hear others talking and laughing and was... More

Do not be fooled by the pictures on the Travelodge website they are showing you their best hotels. This Travelodge in Willingdon Drove, Eastbourne was in need of a complete renovation. There were holes in the wall, curtain pelmet hanging off the rail, cobwebs from the ceiling, all wall light fittings were loose, dirty walls, dirty skirting boards and toilet... More

I stayed at this travelodge over the half term break for one night only, in a Family room, the room consisted of a double bed, a single bed, and a mattress on the floor, the room was spacious enough for a nights stay, but was not clean at all, the walls had holes in them, there were cobwebs on the...
