We had three nights for the price of two so this made it good value. Very good shower and lots of hot water. Cleaners did an excellent job though hampered by the room and bathroom needing a small cosmetic refit, discoloured grouting in bathroom and lots of chipped paintwork. Easy parking and Toby Carvery 30 seconds walk away with good... more

We made a late booking with Innkeepters Lodge Eastbourne for one night to visit a relative and asked for a wheelchair friendly room. The room was on the first floor, but there was a lift so no problem there. The door to the room was extra wide so the wheelchair went through easily. The twin beds were extremely comfortable and... more

Stayed here for one night - check in is at the Toby Carvery but was efficient and quick. Staff here throughout were really helpful and professional. Room on 2nd floor was welcoming, of a good size for a budget hotel, with plenty of towels, tea, coffee etc, and complimentary soap, tissues etc if you needed them. Bed comfortable, although duvet... more

A standard hotel for no-frills travellers. The only view you will have is the car dealership next door. The reception is in the restaurant which is on the otherside of the car park. As the reception is also the restaurant bar, it can be rather confusing. The hotel building itself is quite secure with key fob entry system, the car... more

Advertised as a budget hotel but we were pleasantly surprised to find the accommodation and facilities exceeded our 'budget ' expectations. The room was well appointed and furnishings were of excellent standard, clean and tidy, plenty of soft towels and excellent bathroom. Have stayed in hotels not half as nice as this lodge. Toby carvery also excellent value and such... more

We booked 9 days stay not knowing what to expect. The accommodation was modern, comfortable and extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and even attempted to help with information when we had a problem with our car. The service to our room was very good and the room looked exactly the same each time we returned. Plenty of towels... more

This place was marketed as a budget type travelogde, offering basic facilities at a very reasonable price. We booked 5 nights and took advantage of an extra night. With the trip being mainly business I didn't want any disapointments or problems. They also offered a carvery across the car park which would give us a convienient food option. On arrival... more

We stayed here one night and it was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable, modern and extremely clean. There was little noise from outside or neighboring rooms. A buffet breakfast was included and was also excellent. I couldn't fault this hotel at all. more
