My husband and I stayed In Chatsworth Hotel for a week just a month ago. Apart from its location its the worst hotel I have ever seen. Definitely, It doesnt worth a penny. Rooms are dirty. Stayed overnight during the weekend. Found the place to be lovely and old fashioned in a really good way. Fantastic lift with a bench in, as the hotel centrepiece. I stayed at the Chatsworth when I covered the tennis in Eastbourne in 2006. When I returned I was placed in the sister hotel down the road which I did not like at all, poor room, breakfast table in the middle of the dining room on my own surrounded by coach parties.
