Lovely house, lovely room but let down by en-suite facilities of single room (in attic). No shower, not even mixer taps in bath and bath too narrow and short for regular sized lady. Breakfast adequate but a bit on the mingy side.

Stayed just one night before setting off for the South Downs Way walk. Warm welcome, clean and very pleasant room and good breakfast. What more could you want?

Stayed at the Cherry Tree again on Saturday 9th April. Can't say anything different from the last visit. Room was spotlessly clean, beds extremely comfortable, breakfast, hot fresh and varied. One downside, nocturnal noise from next room but cannot hold this against the owners! Great find in Eastbourne and we will definately be returning, soon hopefully.

First time in Eastbourne. Excellent guest house. Warm welcome. Smooth check in. Recently refurbished. Free use of front garden and lounge (with books and games - for those wet English summers). Lovely freshly cooked English breakfast. Single room quiet and airy with all amenities and en suite. Not suitable for wheelchair users. Not able to attach my photos.
