The reviews here are strange ,in that they are either very good or very bad. Is this because if you are a paying guest ( not part of a coach party) , you get the best rooms? this hotel needs new managment and staff. sevice was appaling food was cold and tasteless no clean towells for 5 days restaurant always 15 mins late opening . had to wait 45 mins for food more

if you like no heating or hot water for a weekend away then this hotel is for you cold food and waiting for 2 to 3 hours for food then this hotel is for you dirty bedrooms some people had to make on bed and one couple had plaster used under the sheet like to share with bedbugs then please... more

This place was so great, the service, the price, the rooms, it was excellent! The breakfast better than expected for what you pay, the view from the room was picturesque. The service was consistent and quality of food for room service was fabulous. more
