Does exactly what it says on the tin. We stayed in the delightful 'Alice' room, very tastefully decorated and furnished. Keith was more than accomodating and made us feel welcome from arrival. Attention to detail was evident all round the guesthouse Two enjoyable days spent with super breakfasts. Great value, comfortable stay and would definitely recommend to anyone.

"Alice" was a large, beautiful, stylishly decorated room with an excellent bathroom and wonderfully hot water. We asked for a tour of the house - everything is perfect and spotlessly maintained. We had a very pleasant stay in the Alice room of the Albert & Victoria this April. Keith was the perfect host and the accommodation was immaculate. Keith`s place in Eastbourne fulfilled any of our hopes of what a brilliant B&B could be – the room (The Beatrice) was amazing, the hospitality perfect and the breakfast just adorable. Thank you! And not to be unmentioned all the lovely and perfectly styled decorations ...

When you take a break away you hope to be spoilt just a little ...and we were... a lot! Comfortable, clean, tidy, great room (Alice) and fantastic super king size bed. Have stayed in hotels twice the price and no where near as good. Recommend to anyone wanting top quality at a good price.
