Accompanied by daughter a wonderful break in spite of rain and gales. Good evening entertainment and enjoyed the 'Festive Weekend' with all the lovfely food. Staff so willing and helpful will return for another break. more

Recently spent an enjoyable, good value 4-day Turkey and Tinsel break here. The food was lovely, the staff very friendly and efficient, and our room comfortable, warm and clean. If you prefer a quiet evening, do avoid the rooms directly above the dining room because when the entertainment starts at 8.30p.m. (it finishes around 11 p.m.) they can be very... more
Thank you for your review of the hotel, I’m glad you had an enjoyable stay. As we are running our Tinsel & Turkey breaks, the entertainment does tend to go on slightly longer than normal. At most other times of the year, the music goes on to around 10:00 to 10:30.

The service at this hotel was excellent and the food was very good in the restaurant. However first impression was so bad I would probably not have stayed there if I had not paid a £60.00 deposit. Parking is a major problem outside the hotel so paying for a garage is a must, but the rear entrance from the parking... more

Booked for one night in single room largely on the basis of reviews on here. Other hotels available at cheaper rates but prefer not to take chances so opted for here. Just returned from a short break at this hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. Room was exactly as stated in the brochure spotlessly clean and welcoming. Food excellent and well presented in a nice environment by very attentive staff, in all a lovely relaxing break and we will certainly be returning and will be recommending it to our friends. more

Having just returned from our second stay at this hotel, where we enjoyed a short break holiday. Our stay once again was excellent and the staff were very welcoming and made us feel very much at home. The food again was first class. Our room was well laid out was very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. more

Our first stay in Eastbourne although not the first for our 91yr old mum. The chefs and waiters were great in their dealings with her eating fads. The rooms were clean and well serviced (The cleaner noticed we had a pack of long life milk in the room and thereafter left more of those little milks..without being asked) The staff... more
