My family and I stayed in this small but sweet Bed and Breakfast while visiting Eastbourne. This is very convenient for beautiful Beachy Head which you can get to by foot. Charming hosts and very helpful.

A super B & B with a welcoming owner. Situated in a lovely part of Eastbourne near the downs. The rooms are lovely and the place is spotless. We wanted to go back in Septemeber but they're already booked up!

Booked to go to Beachy Rise on the weekend of the twentieth. Unfortunately due to a double booking by the computer, Suzanne was unable to accommodate us. She went out of her way to ring us and arrange another superb accommodation for us at the same price. Thank you, we would love to come again at some other time.

The room was very clean and neat. It gave a very welcoming feel. Susan was also very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast prepared by her was pleasant too. I like it how Beach Rise is just a stone's throw away from Meads Village. It was nice to walk through Meads Village to appreciate the simple, quiet community life. Also, Beachy... More

The host was very friendly and welcoming. Room was perfectly clean even after undertaking various '4 in a bed' like inspections. Nice local pubs and eateries very close by. I highly recommend this guest house!

Stayed in this guest house during the week after a last minutebooking. The owner was really pleasant and helpful giving advice on where we could eat locally. We were asked if we wanted a bath or shower and the room we were given was very pleasant. It was at the back of the property and very quiet so had a... More

Everything about our stay was great. Susan and her mother were lovely. The double room we booked was very nice, clean and it also had charm. We arrived early for our 2 day stay at about 11 o clock. The rooms were ready for us, so we were allowed to check in straight away. Parking was free and we managed... More
