An excellent B&B close to sea and town centre, with exceptionally attentive proprietors. The breakfasts, welcome and parking assistance on arrival, are worthy of special mention - just stop outside (if you've told them your arrival time they'll be looking out for you) and they sort everything - a huge bonus as parking in central Eastbourne is not easy.

Exactly as it says on the tin! A B&B with great customer service, excellent breakfast and in a great location. We have just returned from a lovely long weekend there and will definitely go back if we are visiting Eastbourne again :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the guest house is spotless, chic in decor, location perfect, and helped with their permits provided free of charge. Breakfast is of a high standard. We also appreciated an upgrade provided free of charge. All in all a great find in Eastbourne.
