three ladies, attending an early meeting in Eastbourne, we decided to leave the day before and stay in B&B. Found La Mer. Clean, bright, en-suites, great breakfast, comfortable beds - all for £30!!! Really close to seafront, plenty of road parking. tea-making tray, bottled water in room. Really nice en-suite - with toiletries. Really, could not have been improved upon.... More

Myself and my partner stayed for a weekend at la mer guest house last September. Our stay was lovely, service was quick, friendly and our needs were catered to straight away. We stayed in one of the double rooms with en suite, we were made to feel at home and had a very relaxing stay. The location is perfect, just... More

we found la mer guest house to be very welcoming. The rooms were very clean, tidy and comfortable and the staff were lovely. La Mer is a stones throw away from the beach right near the pier. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

Only stayed one night and the manager was away but this did not cause any problems as his stand in was very helpful and always on hand if anything needed. It was clean and well presented and anything you expected was there. It would be as good for a longer stay as it was for the one night. We will... More

Had a lovely stay at the Le Mer. Rooms are very clean and tidy. The manager couldn't have been more helpful and bent over backwards to ensure we had a nice time. Breakfast was delicious. Would recommend this B&B for any length of stay.

Warm greeting from manager, who was happy to help me with internet connection and saying that i could have a late check out in the morning.... More
