I searched on bookings.com, expedia and all the other well used sites to find suitable accommodation for the week at a good price with a good quality breakfast. Having looked at a number of possibilities, looked at the breakfast menu, checked to see if there was off road parking, read some of the reviews I opted for Devonia. As I... More

We booked very last minute and were not disappointed. Carolyn made us feel very welcome throughout our 2 night stay. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was served in a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of choice. Parking at the rear was a plus for secure parking of our motorbike. We found plenty to see and... More

All the comforts and warmest of welcomes anyone can wish for. Best B&B we've ever stayed in. Beautiful spacious room with balcony overlooking the sea, spotless, very comfortably furnished with those extra little touches to make the stay as relaxing as possible. There is even parking at the rear. Can't recommend highly enough.

Stayed here two nights for our anniversary, room 9 was lovely, light, clean and with a sea view. Loved the extras, fan, biscuits and toiletries. Hosts were very polite, breakfast very good. would definitely recommend this and return when down that way.

When we arrived late in the evening Carolyn greeted us and made us feel most welcome. Quite good location, it is a bit of a walk to the main shops, but we did not mind as we were in no rush and enjoyed the walk. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Parking can be a... More

We thoroughly recommend this B&B in Eastbourne. We had a two night mid week stay. A friendly welcome when we arrived from Carolyn. Our room (4) was very clean and we very much enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent; the dining room had a fridge which the guests are allowed to use. Bed very comfortable. Although our stay was short... More

This is a well run B&B in Eastbourne on the Royal Parade. It's quite a hike from the centre of Eastbourne but if you don't need to be there and you have the time this is ideal. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good and the landlady is very attentive. Parking is a bit tricky as the car park only houses... More
