Booked this as a last minute option, and had a wonderful night stay in the hotel. We were allocated to room 115 and its immaculate. The staff were very welcoming and extremely pleasant. The facilities were fantastic. Only thing we could draw complaints t to was the fact that no napkins were provided to the table at breakfast, though I'm... More

Thank you for an excellent four days' stay in sunny, rainy, windy and snowy Eastbourne. The quality of the hotel was excellent. Staff were very professional - courteous, friendly and helpful at all times. Cleanliness of both public and private areas was outstanding. Rooms were very comfortable with all that was needed, very thoughtfully and tastefully arranged. Ancillary staff cleaned... More

This was booked as a last minute booking and having read some of the other reviews after I had booked it I was a little worried but I was quite pleasantly surprised. My single room was clean and comfortable with a view to the seafront and had a en-suite bathroom. My only criticism is the inclusive continental breakfast which consisted... More

Upon arrival we are immediately told of the ridiculous early check out of 10:30 am... After not being able to check in until 15:00 this seemed to tick me off instantly. Stepping into the tiny, squeaky and unsafe feeling lift we made our way to our room. Only to discover is it situated literally 10 seconds away from the awful... More

Booked very much last minute, and very surprised by what we found. This is a really quite decent hotel, big rooms, good location, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic value and all over very relaxing. We particularly loved the hairy curtains which have to be seen to be believed. It’s elegant and very modern inside, ok the rooms are basic, but... More

For a budget hotel, it is very good value for money. Stylish & clean, with modern touches. I'd have marked it a four or five, but we had an issue with breakfast. We went down for breakfast & settled in with a bowl of cereal. It was 30 mins before breakfast was due to end & the staff came out... More

I went here a few years ago and due to having to go to a funeral wake in the nearby Grand Hotel with tea, thought we would make a night of it - I got a good rate of £45 which was great value and the room was nice, neutrally decorated at the back of the hotel which was fine... More

The room was average and clean. Only stayed for one night but suited our purpose perfectly. Was very quite and had a good sleep. The staff were polite but we found that the breakfast was unclear on what you had to pay for and what was included in what we had already paid.
