Very nice experience. It's a B&B but the room was en suite. This room faced the street but it is a very quiet street so that was not a problem. Alison and David were very helpful giving us good advice on our hike the next day. Breakfast was good and there is also coffee & tea available to make in... More

We stayed here last weekend whilst visiting family, and on the way to other destinations along the South coast. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Alison and Dave the hosts, who are certainly second to none, nothing was too much trouble for them, there were very attentive, but definitely not intrusive, perfect. The rooms were very clean... More

We stayed at the Reymar for 2 nights when in Eastbourne for a family silver wedding party recently. I would highly recommend this guest house. The owners were really friendly and helpful - there was a bell to ring if we wanted anything and nothing was too much trouble. The whole place was very clean and the beds were comfortable.... More

We've just returned from a 2 night stay at the Reymar. We booked by email as we needed to request an extra bed for our youngest child and from there onwards the service we received was exemplary. We stayed in room 2 which is a family room with en suite bathroom and two other family members stayed in the twin... More

Thank you so very much for this wonderful review. It was a pleasure meeting you and your delightful family. Benson Bear is missing you (he loved all the hugs he got from the girls) and hopes all goes well with the wobbly tooth! If you are ever in Eastbourne again, it would be lovely to see you. Thanks again for... More

We had the family room which was amazing - like a suite and great that our little boy had a whole little room to himself - with a door that closes (very important for us and he doesn't sleep well in family rooms usually). The private bathroom through his room was small, but had everything we needed, and it's not like... My partner and I just came back from a 2 night stay at the Eastbourne Reymar, we had a fab time. we were in room 7, you could see the sea from the window and it was nice and quiet. The room and whole building was clean and very tidy, all staff were very helpful and very friendly. The owners... More

Thank you so much for this great review, it means a lot to us to know that our guests have had a good time staying with us, and especially from you as you know the trade! Maybe you will be back to see your friends and, if so, there is always a welcome here for you both (as well as... More

Exceptional service in stylish Victorian property well maintained. Very good breakfast and exceptional service make us feel like home. Children bedroom nicely joined to the main bedroom but separated by the wall gave parents privacy and easy access to children.

Thank you very much for your lovely review. We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. Many families like our family rooms because the arrangement gives both parents and children some privacy, yet the children cannot get out without going through the parent's room. We do hope you come and stay with us again. More

Practicalities : Six on site parking spaces (but they are doubled up, so you might get blocked in (though I suspect the owners have a plan for that)). We parked on street opposite and that was fine. Ten minute walk along the sea front to the town centre (which has the usual fast food, a sit down fish and chip... More

Thank you very much for your comprehensive review and, apart from the mattress which has since been changed for a brand new one, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Regarding parking, we are quite fortunate to have even a small amount of off road parking - many hotels have none - and we try to avoid guests getting blocked... More

On arrival we was greeted with a welcoming smile and greeting. After such a long journey we was offered a pot of tea. Heaven. The room, breakfast, Alison and David was so amazing. Definitely will be coming again.

We were unexpectedly placed in this B&B due to mix up with bookings at another venue. The landlady was very welcoming and informative. Our twin room was warm and comfortable. We had en suite facilities, tea and coffee etc. Breakfast the following morning was initially self service with a very wide variety of drinks, jams, spreads etc. Main course was... More

Many thanks for taking the time to write a review for us. We know this was not the accommodation you had booked but we were happy to help out - and that we had the one room available on that busy weekend! We are pleased that you found everything to your liking and congratulations again on your walking achievement! More
