Apart from generic booking websites giving both B&B owner and guests a headache ((confusing two person booking/non-acceptance of certain credit cards etc) all rectified with minimal faff) The manager welcomed us, showed us our room and made us feel very welcome. The value for money was excellent, room was well presented, great shower, fab breakfast, free parking, what more could... More

Stayed for one night ready for the Eastbourne half marathon the next day. Manager was very helpful and even offered a late check out so that I could shower after the run.... at no extra cost. Good choice for breakfast and great location. Recommended.

I stayed here with my 4 year old and 7 month old for one night. We booked a twin room for £40 and it was a fantastic size - in fact there were three beds in two separate areas plus a cot for the little one. The welcome from Paul was effusive and genuine and the breakfast (included in the... More

We had a lovely stay over valentines weekend. When we arrived we were checked in by Paul who allowed us in an hour earlier who then showed us to our rooms and explained how breakfast worked and if we had any problems to just let him know. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable bed. It was a quiet area... More

Briefing on arrival by the Manager was top notch who then showed us up to our ample room. Due to late night out New Year was relieved to find no check out time on 1 January so able to leave at our own pace. Pity we didn't make breakfast as a result. Parking easy to find and couldn't fault all... More

Stayed here for New Years at the top in room 16, everything was perfect and the manager was very quick to make sure we settled well and enjoyed everything during our stay. Breakfast was perfect, had every option you could ask for , Overall you couldn't get a better place to stay in Eastbourne everything is right on Reymars doorstep!

Stayed here for 3 nights for a conference. I was in the "Pier" room which is on the ground floor and is spacious for a single. The room was modern and bright and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really good, there was a wide choice, and the service was fast and friendly. Free Wi-Fi was a nice addition for a small... More
