The hotel is definitely value for money. But a couple of things let it down. 1. The location-it is a long way from anywhere, and the hotel charges a lot for transfers compared to local taxi, and they won't call local taxi for you. They do have a couple of free transfers to Chewang each day. 2. Maintenance-the property has... More

We bought this on the Deal and it looked great. When we got there it was just lovely we were welcomed and checked in very efficiently we were taken to our lovely large room which overlooked a small pool with a swim up bar very nice the only problem was that there was something wrong with the air-conditioning and it... Have just returned from a 9 day holiday. The second time we have been to Koh Samui and the first time at this resort. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast buffet was very good. The pools were amazing and while beach wasn't the usual swimming style beach that wasn't an issue for us. This resort is... More

My husband and I stayed here in March 2015 for our 25th wedding ann. We upgraded to a pool access room and was glad we did. This hotel was amazing. The staff are lovely and the hotel clean and just amazing. It is about 30 mins from main beach but the shuttle bus is a great way to go in... More

Very nice hotel - large rooms, well equipped, satellite TV channels, comfortable bed/pillows, large shower/bathroom. No complaints at all with the room - very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet spread was amazing - loads of variety, and well stocked. Available every day 6-11am - one of the best breakfast buffets we've found in Thailand in 10 years of living here.... More

This resort is so nicely set up in a tropical paradise. The beach is not for swimming but the pools are amazing. Spent 8 nights there, rooms are excellent. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Lovely holiday

Stayed in this resort for 6 days in January with the family. Booked two rooms which were connected by the balcony. We were at the back of the resort. The resort is family friendly and staff are very gracious and helpful. The breakfasts are amazing but avoid the nine o clock rush. The hotel could put some effort into cleaning... More

Just spent 8 days at Mai Samui using a voucher. The resort was fabulous; the rooms were very spacious and our room had a pool entry. All the resort facilities were well maintained and staff were always eager to help. The only downside was that inability to get taxis directly from the resort and the cost of taxis, although still... My husband and I stayed at the Mai Samui with another couple in early April. We knew the resort would be highly filled with others using the Luxury Escape package but I don't think we were really prepared for the noise and inconsideration by other guests. This is definitely not the resorts fault and they really tried to ensure the... More

We came for 8 nights to spend our Honeymoon at Mai Samui. We had an fantastic time there as the staff are so caring and greeted you every time (this wouldn't happen in Australia) We stayed in Room E104 which was very secluded and on the ground floor near the sand pool. I agree with a couple people below saying... More
