We spent a week here as part of our honeymoon over Christmas. It was a very relaxing luxurious break completely different to the other side of the island. The staff were great, especially the waitresses and bar staff and breakfast with the lapping waves within yards was a highlight. WiFi wasn't brilliant during our stay also they played some awful... We decided to get married at The Passage/ Moevenpick after a quick visit last year and it was the best decision we ever made! Although we had few communications problems being overseas, Aor who took care of us did an amazing job! Big thanks to Chan as well, and Chef Alexis, James (best bartender ever for our wedding guests!) and... More

If your looking to get away for total rest and relaxation then this is the place for you.we had a pool access vila which was very comfortable and close to the bar and restaurant. The beach while it looks beautiful it is way to shallow for swimming and very pebbly.there are not many shops close by to get your nightly snack... We were fortunate enough to stay in 2 places in Samui. Movenpick, which is a beautiful, boutique resort with gorgeous sunsets in a quiet area of Samui. Then at Centara, a world class mega-resort in the heart of bustling Chaweng. It was the opposite to Movenpick. Honestly, if I could choose between the two, I would pick Movenpick every time. It... Our group of 5 have just spent 8 nights at this resort and had a very enjoyable stay. As far as the food goes breakfast was excellent, you couldn't ask for any more and the service was very good. We only ate dinner there one night and the meal was very average at best but we were told that there... More

If you are looking for a hotel with the standards you know from Mövenpick you may not chose this hotel because you will probably be disappointed. It has been claimed that this hotel has recently been renovated and re-opened under the brand of Mövenpick. Without doubt this hotel has potential - HOWEVER: Breakfast: is far below average and not appropriate... More

This hotel was known as The Passage but has been taken over by the Moevenpick group - not that you would know it! We were staying nearby and thought it would be a change to have dinner there as it has a good location right on the beach just around the headland from the Four Seasons. The complex looks attractive... More

Breakfast good, big compliments to daily cleaning, a lot of privacy and quite. Reception staff slow, noninterested... We did not have feeling that we are welcome at our arrival. This does not include all staff, some of them were complitely oposite. The Terrace, main restaurant - we were very disapointed with food - too much pepper, no flavour and really... More

By the reviews and look of this place we expected great things, it was very average and for what we paid was pretty disappointing. The pool was chlorinated not salt water so left your skin feeling scratchy and smelt fairly strongly, apart from the restaurant team who were nice, the other staff were ok but not enthusiastic about service, to... Stayed at the Mövenpick for six nights in February 2015. We are a family of four and rented a plunge pool villa. The hotel has a very good, but unfulfilled potential. The premises are very nice and well maintained and the pool area is great. Our room was nice and well suited for a family, but with a very noisy... More
