Its a good place with nice food and superb service. We were very happy except that we thought it was little steeply priced. The location was also good. The bathroom should have been a little more comfortable according to me.

The customer service was apporling the sate of the was abismal. As soon as we arrived in this " manager" walked up and started talking about deposits.. Owe hello to you to. And then walk up 6 fights of stairs... With bags... To find a box room with a double bed and a sofa in it. I thought not bad... More

Due to change of ownership (as they told us) some bookings went wrong. We got a 4 bed room instead of 2 double. But we got a payback for that trouble. Except the light there was no electricity in the room, fridge etc. didn't work. Breakfast was very poor (sandwich with unroasted toast (ham, cheese of low quality), apple, coffee... More

Since our booking this hotel has merged with the P-Hotel next door. All the reviews in relation to the P-Hotel in Bergen now apply. We were initially placed in the old P-Hotel. Rooms are basic, but clean and OK for the price. Breakfast is a sandwich apple and orange juice, hung in a bag on the outside door handle. Unfortunately... More

The location from the train station was fairly convenient but required a walk of approximately 20 minutes or so. The hotel had a screwy system where one had to check in at one of their hotels about 100 meters away as they had 2 buildings and only 1 of them had a reception desk. This was a little annoying as... Decent enough hotel, given the quite low price and very convenient location. Our room was spacious, light and nice. Bathroom was okay. The breakfast is way below par, though. And our room faced the street, right next to a couple of popular bars. Needless to say, it was quite noisy on Friday and Saturday night. I will probably stay there... More

Centrally located hotel downtown Bergen with modern reception area, reasonably decent staff, disappointing room and bath with peeling paint, low upkeep, subpar breakfast. Does the low price justify it? Naaaah, not so sure!

we were warmly welcomed. We had a big room, bigger than many of the others. The beds were good and we had a nice sleep. There was some noise from the street, but it did not disturb at all. Close to the airport bus. I forgot a book which they sent me the same day.

I read the reviews after booking and I was REALLY nervous to arrive. I was already looking up some other places. Silly me. We traveled through Norway for two weeks and this has been my favorite hotel. The rooms must've been recently renovated - they're well outfitted and modern! The bed was incredibly comfortable, again, better than the others I... More
