recomended friends to stay as it was cheap,what a mistake. Bad rooms, bad service, and the noise from a cafe next door made it impossible to sleep before 3 am.Forget the cheap price and fine somewhere else. more

This hotel is nothing like it promises to be on the web pages. It has very low standard, it's dirty and the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. I stayed here with my girlfriend for two nights and having visited dozens of hotels in Norway, I would suggest that the people who gave this place a really bad review haven't had much experience of Scandinavia. One member of staff was incompetent. They booked me in the wrong weekend and then were doubting when i tried to explain. It's not really a hotel but a hostel. Unfriendly, unclean, noisy. Avoid at all cost. It’s the place of last resort, apparently suggested by the Tourist Office when everywhere else is full. And it is abysmal.
