Stayed 2 nights. Average hotel in central location which is near to Bryggen, fish market and shopping streets. Room although clean looks a bit tired maybe due to the colour of the carpet and furnitures. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly. Only thing is it can get noisy. There's a party going on downstair and it's rather noisy on... More

Stay at the hotel a few times this fall. It is very average. Rooms are not very nice, beds are just ok, and the bathroom is a joke. Very small and a shower that often doesn't work. There are no extra points for this hotel. Everything is basic and average. Breakfast is ok, while dinner at the in-house restaurant is... More

Small room. Nice breakfast. Good price. Friendly staff. Staff prepared a snack for our early morning taxi which was a nice touch.despite being in one of Europe's most expensive countries we stayed here for 76"euro per night.

The hotel is very conveniently located just a short walk from Bryggen and with many nearby restaurants and cafes. Staff on reception were very helpful and always ready to answer our questions. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent and varied and was replenished regularly. At busy times the staff were... More

I booked online and requested joining rooms which was all promptly confirmed by email back to me as all booked. We are 2 adults with 2 teenage children and we do find it hard at times to secure joining rooms, but this was all agreed up front for us. One room was your normal twin beds with en-suite, whilst our... More

Yes, the service here is pretty surly and understated. Maybe that's a Nordic thing. Anyway, I had a pleasant experience here. The hotel itself is well-located next to the harbor, but without harbor views. It's about 5-7 minute walk to the Fish Market area and other shopping and restaurants. The lobby/lounge area offers complimentary tea and coffee all day, as... More

This hotel is in a great location and easy to get to from Bergen airport. We took the Flybussen from right outside the airport terminal and this took us to the Fish Market. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from there. You can buy tickets (about £9.00 one way) from the machine near the stop using your card or... More

This lovely hotel is not on the water so you don't get a waterfront view, but it's just behind the buildings on the waterfront. Great location! It is across the harbor from the old downtown (Bryggen area) and just a few blocks from the tourist center. I found it to be a quiet location for as close as it is... More

This small hotel is by the harbor, and we could see the small boats and the large ships from our window. It's across the canal from Bryggen, the UNESCO World Heritage part of the city. It was the only hotel on our Scandinavia trip that boasts a laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron! Very convenient for... More

We went to Bergen for our son's wedding, and stayed 2 Nights in Agustin. It was all in all a pleasant stay, but the hotel has absolutely room for improvements. The staff is friendly and polite, but they seem to be understaffed, especially in the restaurant/breakfast room. We were upgraded on arrival, but I wonder what we were upgraded from.... More
