We stayed here for a long weekend in apartment 1. It was the perfect base for our holiday. Couldn't ask for a better location - 30 seconds walk to the fish market and main harbour, nice restaurants and all the local tourist attractions. The room had a comfy bed, big TV, small but adequate kitchen, and big bathroom with a... More

Charming little house with 3 rooms. House has lots of character with rickety spiral staircases. Rooms including bathroom and kitchen all spotless and tastefully furnished. Little to fault. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 2 nights last week and thought it was a great place. A lovely alternative to a traditional B&B, you have access to the kitchen to use in the evenings which we did after a day travelling and sightseeing. The room itself (Room 1) is very well decorated and cozy and the shared bathroom was warm and... More

This bed and breakfast was a delight to stay in; the only downside was we only had 1 night there. First of all it was easy to find and really centrally located - only 3 minutes from the tourist information and 5 to most things of interest including the airport bus stop. We were warmly greeted and allowed to check... More

Perfect for anyone who cannot sleep with traffic noise (like me), but wants a central location. Walking distance from railway station, port and Floybanen. Very clean self-service kitchen (which can save a fortune in Norway). Owner does not live on site, but free telephone provided.

My expectations were not very high when I first booked the room. I was just thinking about the price and location, and did not expect much otherwise. When my boyfriend and I arrived at the house, I was incredibly surprised of how nice it was. It was clean, had great facilities (room and kitchen), and the owner was very helpful.... More

Very good central location in one of the old historic streets. The building on it's own is worth a visit - beautiful old type typical Norwegian building with lots of charm. Large kitchen/ dining area are free to use for the guests (the supermarket just 2 min away). Free WIFI in the room. Breakfast of cereal, tea and coffee/ juices... More

Fantastic dining room and spacious family rooms with the old world charm. Great service and very helpful staff. We had booked thru a travel portal online and had to modify our dates due to changes in our schedule. We were worried that our reservations would be cancelled due to the changes to the new dates, but we're surprised that the... More

We stayed one night following a self guided fjords tour in September 2013. Kristian picked us up at the airport (dropped off rental car), and gave us a brief tour on the way to the b&b. Got the room on the first floor (one up). Nice accommodations, typical Norwegian decor -simple but functional. He recommended a local Italian restaurant a... More
