Bergen apartments is in a nice and central location and the interior design is cosy and spacious. The provided wifi is working very well & the sanitary facilities cleaned every day. Nevertheless you will find a wireless camera installed in the communal kitchen area. From my personal point of view it seems that the owners tried to hide it as... More

We stayed in and apartment No 4 - just what you need for a short stay for 1 or 2 people. The well-equipped and cleverly designed kitchenette, bathroom and small living area are on the lower level and loft-bedroom upstairs. Everything seemed to be new and in spotless condition. The apartments are centrally located. We arrived by Hurtigruten ferry and... More

WHEN: I visited in Jan 2015 HOW MUCH: I paid about £50 per night for a single room in the attic (room 3) GETTING THERE: I walked from the fish market and had a map so didn't have any issues finding the place. Walk along the water front, walking away from the main road where the airport bus drops you.... More

Up a steep narrow side street a few blocks from the waterfront. Great location for exploring Bergen. Shared bathroom but this isn't a major drawback. Not too impressed with drunk rowdy neighbour across the street that caused lots of noise coming and going. Apartment is tiny but in a nice old historic building with loads of character.

Stayed in Bergen for 1 night when traveling aroung Norway. We found Bergen apartments on the web and thought we'd give it a try. Something different than the usual hotels. We had studio 5. Small & compact and ideal for a stort stay for 1 - 2 people. The apartments are approx 15min walk from the train station and very... More

The Bergen Apartments were lovely. As a single traveler, I stayed in their smallest room. It was attic level, with open windows, a fan and a small TV. Shared bathrooms weren't a problem; I had plenty of privacy. The owners were very helpful, with advice on how to navigate the crowds, and what sights to make a priority.

We stayed in Studio #2, it was more than we could have hoped for. Norway on the whole is very expensive and having a lovely studio with a kitchen and bath ensuite was the perfect way to go. Very clean, economical, close to a good grocery store. Quiet at night so sleeping was perfect! 10 minute walk to the famous... More

We stayed three nights in the Bergen apartment #3. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The apartment was very clean upon arrival, comfortable furnishings and bed, excellent shower, and very central location. The view from the bedroom skylight of the evening city lights was an added bonus! This is an excellent accommodation for independent travelers who... More

We loved Bergen with its characterful old wooden houses & this split-level studio apartment was perfect for a couple of days stopover. It was easy walking distance from the railway station & from the Hurtigruten Terminal. It's a lovely narrow (& steep!) street - I wouldn't fancy it in the snow & ice mind! Inside, everything was clean & compact.... More

Very modern, stylish, and superbly well located a mere metres from the old town and the fishing harbour. But these recently renovated apartments presumably were designed by a single man. They lack some basic amenities for apartment living. Sufficient hooks to hang up more than couple of items, and no shelf space or drawers - owners obviously expect guests to live... More
