First, the positives. 1. The hotel restaurant staff was excellent. They made us feel right at home and were very kind and helpful. 2. Coffee and tea available 24 hours. I know, not a deal-breaker for many. But we appreciated it very much. 3. Cost. We had a Hotwire reservation, so our cost was very reasonable. 4. Bathroom size is... More

Stayed here on business in August 2014. Its undergoing a major overhaul at the moment, and the whole place resembles a large building site. Can understand that they want to maintain business through the upgrade - but I think this needs to be clear at the time of booking. The main lobby (at the time I went there) is divided... More

This hotel has a nice wrap but there's nothing inside. First of all, after a loooong road trip we were so tired that we just wanted to sleep but it was such a problem to find the hotel late at night as there are literally no signs which of those many office builings is the hotel. Finally we did and... More

The only socalled relaxroom has three seats, is next to the gym 4cardio machines, and one muscle machine in a small room, there is no sauna, jaccuzi, swimmingpool, dinner is served in a room without windows, it is a great dissaster.not at all what they say on the website.

It's modern, interesting hotel with its own style. We found our room very comfortable, large with bar, TV, living room and bedroom. If you want you can have a cup of tea or coffee free downstairs. The breakfast is good. We stayed here for one night but want to come back.

We stayed here Saturday night as we had a Sunday morning flight. The rooms are actually ok, air condition works at 1/2 power. The real problem is the mismanagement of this hotel, from the understaffed check-in desk, to the dinner buffet were 1/2 the items were not available anymore, nevertheless we were charged full buffet price ( over $45/per person),... Weekend stay, The whole hotel was under reconstruction. A lot of the facilities was closed. It was raining in through the window area. The room was dirty, the curtains had a lot of stains, was taken down, but not replaced. The breakfast was rather uninteresting...... Not to recommend now, maybe when it is finish. But they really have to do... More

Dear guest, Its unfortunately that you had this experience with our hotel. We are changing our windows and this was the reason for missing curtain and water in the room. Curtains where taken down for cleaning and unfortunately not put up again in time. A mistake was done when new windows where put in, this caused a leak. We will... More
